Elizabeth has over 20 years sewing experience: stemming from a childhood playing dress up, making her first self-drafted garments as an early teen, studying fine art and textiles in university, to working as a seamstress for wedding dress alterations.

Hammock has acquired numerous skills on her artist journey throughout the years and dreamt of creating a clothing brand for herself that other people fall in love with as well. With aims to pursue a life that is full of intentional creation, slower living, and crafting in harmony with the natural world, Hammock Heritage arose.

Hammock desires to create clothing that is meaningful to the wearer, that is soft and comfortable, that makes you want to wear it day after day, that brings you joy and makes you feel truly special, beautiful, and confident.
